As a business analyst focused on Microsoft Power Platform, you know how to apply your critical-thinking, business analytics, and technical expertise to improve processes and tools and develop applications and dashboards. What You'll Work On:
  • Transform business processes and analytics into highly automated and interactive applications, workflows, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Develop solutions and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Leverage quantitative modeling techniques to data through use of Power Query.
  • Analyze and process data while creating and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using data engineering tools such as Databricks or low-code-no-code applications, including Microsoft Power Apps, Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for program, financial, and acquisition management activities.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing or managing data, including data visualization, data governance, data strategy, data policy, data integrity, or data engineering
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform for improving business processes and analytics, including Power Apps or Power Automate
  • Ability to analyze data to answer questions and solve problems
  • Ability to visualize data to identify or communicate key insights
  • Ability to document improvements to business processes, workflows, and analytics
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with the DoD
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Query, Databricks, or SQL for data engineering
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
  • Experience with process improvement approaches and methodologies, including business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous process improvement
  • Ability to synthesize results and deliver presentations to product owners or stakeholders
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing organizational processes
  • Microsoft Certification such as Power Platform Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
