Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California – Onsite

Client: Confidential Healthcare Organization

 

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to support, enhance, and integrate Dynamics 365 CE applications. The role requires strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, with particular emphasis on Power Automate, API integrations, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE, primarily Sales and Customer Service.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, routing, and data synchronization.
  • Develop and support Power Apps and Dataverse components, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
  • Implement and maintain API-based integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot CRM, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
  • Support solution deployments and CI/CD processes across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Prepare technical documentation and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of application-development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE experience.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Automate, and API integrations.
  • Good understanding of CRM workflows, configuration, customization, Dataverse, and security models.
  • Experience with Power Apps and Dynamics 365 solution lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite in California.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or another regulated environment.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and secure application-development practices.
  • Exposure to Power BI, JavaScript, C# plugins, custom connectors, or Azure integration services.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certification, such as PL-400.
