Job Summary:
LPA, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join their integrated team of architects, engineers, and designers. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications and data solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance business operations and support collaborative design processes.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate business processes into scalable, efficient digital tools
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Modern), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Project Operations to support business and project workflows
• Support firmwide data initiatives, including proof-of-concept development and implementation of new tools
• Administer and maintain applications to ensure usability, security, and compliance with firm standards
• Manage software updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing applications
• Document systems, processes, and workflows using Azure DevOps, the company intranet, and business intelligence platforms
• Provide training, guidance, and instructional materials to support user adoption and knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of professional experience within the Power Platform ecosystem supporting, administering, and enhancing applications and processes.
• Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and interpret data
• Experience delivering training and instructional content to diverse audiences
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
Preferred:
• PL-100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, and/ or 900 certification preferred
• SCRUM and Agile development methodologies

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Knowledge of structured and unstructured databases
