Key Responsibilities
• Report Development
1. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
2. Create visually appealing and user-friendly data visualizations
3. Design reports based on business requirements
• Data Modeling & Transformation
1. Build and maintain efficient data models (star/snowflake schema)
2. Use DAX for calculations, measures, and KPIs
3. Perform data transformation using Power Query (M language)
• Data Integration
1. Connect and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud sources)
2. Design and maintain ETL processes
3. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and validation
• Performance Optimization
1. Optimize reports and dashboards for better performance
2. Monitor dataset refresh and troubleshoot issues
3. Improve query performance using best practices
• Collaboration
1. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements
