Responsibilities

We are looking for a proven technology leader specializing in solutioning and delivering data-driven outcomes for organizations across a breadth of industries using modern data management, engineering, and Snowflake technology. Candidate should be motivated self-starter with excellent knowledge of integration, infrastructure, and Gen AI platform architecture. A proven catalyst in team enablement, facilitation, and disciplined agile delivery. Candidate must lead and contribute in a fast-paced environment and possess outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The core function of this role is to implement and integrate new solutions to enable organization’s key analytics and business initiatives. Troubleshooting and system analysis are essential part of this position. This professional coordinates with the data integration manager to oversee end-to-end architecture, enhance and maintain business intelligence solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Deliver value through the pervasive use of modern technology to increase the velocity and accuracy of data delivery.
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance data architectures capitalizing on the rapidly innovating features of technologies like Snowflake and dbt.
  • Deliver Snowflake Best Practices engagements across the key areas of Data Governance, Data Security, Cost Management, Data Engineering, and Individual Access Management.
  • Engage with divisional managers to understand challenges and recommend key innovative solutions
  • Design and implement Snowflake Data Strategy to meet business goals.
  • Engage with senior leadership to develop applications for furthering critical business objectives and designing solutions anchored in DataOps principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and identify opportunities to leverage data and data quality.
  • Consult on complex data platform programs, synchronizing cross-cutting architectural concerns and providing client-facing technical leadership and guidance as a data subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with organizational objectives.
  • Work hands-on with AI infrastructure to ensure scalability and security.
  • Architect components of an LLM solution to address Responsible AI & Security.
  • Increase the velocity of our development and enable the organization to use their gifts to develop new features and datasets and less time on fixing them.
  • Protect the data pipeline by monitoring the production schedule and troubleshooting failures.
  • Anticipate, identify and solve issues concerning data management to improve data quality. Work across teams to resolve operational & performance issues.
  • Administer Snowflake security strategy and database management.
  • Drive the design and implementation of new data projects and optimize existing solutions.
  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, engineering, modeling, visualization, and communication.
  • Supervise offshore analytic engineers for timely delivery and quality development.
  • Design and drive the strategy around data governance, data security and data privacy to support business and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Architect and design end-to-end Generative AI products, applications, and solutions for specific business needs and provide implementation guidance during delivery.
  • Ensure ethical AI development practices, prioritizing fairness, transparency, and privacy.
  • Foster innovation by keeping abreast of emerging technologies and fostering development of the team’s skill.
  • Identify processes for system automation to improve team effectiveness.
  • Develop a Snowflake optimization methodology for cost and performance improvement.
  • Drive change management and adoption of new processes and automated solutions.
  • Research and test new technology solutions, assist in vetting architectural changes that would have to occur to support enterprise adoption and determine impacts.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, advising on emerging trends in GenAI, LLMs, and AI copilots.
  • Promote Advanced Analytics and using data driven decisions to be a competitive advantage across the Post Holdings network through strategic leadership and guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to promote data driven decision making across the enterprise
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
  • Direct the development of comprehensive training programs and documents with the goal of creating effective end-users for all advanced analytic tools.
  • Promote AI adoption, leading workshops, demos, and hands-on training sessions on AI tools like Doc AI and enterprise-grade models.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other quantitative subject preferred
  • 7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • 7 years of experience working with various Data Analysis, Data Warehousing / Data Lakes, Data Sharing, Data Engineering, Data Quality, Business Intelligence, or ERP software packages (Tableau, Informatica, SAP, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, JDE) preferred
  • Expertise in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL), Python desired
  • Strong experience in designing end-to-end AI solutions
  • Working knowledge on any of the key ETL / data pipeline market tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Python, Informatica, Azure Data Factory is preferred
  • Working knowledge of developing APIs
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint & Visio; must have expert functional knowledge of Excel
  • Deep understanding of modern Azure service offerings
  • Data workflow management in systems like Automate, Airflow, or dbt
  • Experience with JIRA / GitHub or other code management toolsets and experience with change control concepts
  • Exceptional analytical skills & advanced problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in data analysis and data modeling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to concisely convey analytical interpretation and / or data issues to affected members of departments
  • Expert ability to define and design solution options, evaluate technical feasibility and provide estimates on effort and risk

The pay range for this position is $92,191 - $136,442 per year.Qualifications:
