Primary Responsibilities
  • Administer and support enterprise BI platforms including Power BI and OBIEE/OAC.
  • Monitor system performance, perform tuning, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
  • Manage BI platform security, user access, licensing, and compliance processes.
  • Support production and non-production environments, release management, and configuration activities.
  • Optimize report and SQL query performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with DBAs, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to support analytics solutions.
  • Provide escalated technical support and drive issue resolution for complex platform issues.
  • Recommend and implement platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and support best practices across BI operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI platform administration or analytics engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI administration and OBIEE/OAC.
