  • Partner with report requestors to review and validate finalized reports against original requirements and business needs prior to sign-off.
  • Maintain version control and change documentation for existing reports, including performing impact analysis for source system or data model changes.
  • Execute report implementations and changes in accordance with the SOX Change Management Process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues, or defects in existing reports.
  • Provide ongoing support and minor enhancements for reports in production, prioritizing work based on business impact and deadlines.
  • Ensure all reports and underlying data handling comply with data governance, security, and access control policies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and developers on reporting standards, tools, and best practices as needed.
  • Stay current on Power BI, SQL, and Data Warehouse platform capabilities and recommend process, tooling, and reporting improvements.

Essential Skills

  • At least 10 years of experience in report or business intelligence development, or a related analytical role.
