The Role
We have kicked off a search for a Sales Planning & Reporting Analyst to develop, implement, and administer Honest's sales analytics You will work with internal and external cross-functional partners to deliver on company goals and objectives. You'll be a key player within the Sales team, supporting Sales Operations, Sales Planning and Field Sales, while working with cross-functional partners in achieving its strategic and operational goals. You're the right person for the job if you're curious & optimistic, consumer-first, work independently, equally analytical and entrepreneurial, able to be scrappy, flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
  • Trade Management System (Upclear Blue Planner) super user and report owner.
  • Leads the team in usage of the tool including baseline input, forecast input, and assortment management
  • Experience with Demand Planning systems that use Trade Management data.
  • Delivers data driven insights and customized reporting to inform trade investment decisions.
  • Uses PowerPoint, Excel, Metabase, Power BI and Upclear data to present actionable insights to the sales trade and planning team, to aid in achieving yearly goals.
  • Supports the sales team and the organization with training and support on released updates in the trade management tool.
  • Works with sales, IT and Upclear to resolve any identified issues, updates or process challenges. Identifies and presents process changes leveraging data analytics.
  • Onboards and keeps the sales team updated on all reports they receive or use (Hubble, Meta base)
  • Customer Item Setup support including, WERC's, Syndigo GDSN, IXONE, and Top 3 Customer portal updates as needed.
  • Co-Lead as Project Analyst of the New Customer Launch & Setup process.
  • Supports the sales team with sku discontinuation and transition communications
  • Leads the organization of the sales team Box folder and Retail Spot light slack channel
  • Backup to the Pricing & Trade Analyst(Critical daily duties only)

  • Experience with Metabase, Power BI, Upclear Blue Planner, Syndigo, JD Edwards or equivalent systems
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $66,000-$76,000/yr. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
