Roles and Responsibilities:
? Work with various stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs
? Create and maintain systems and processes to transform raw data into insights
? Develop and maintain BI reports
? Create and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards
? Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all BI solutions
? Monitor and optimize the performance of BI tools and systems
Required Skills
? Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
? 5+ years of experience with PowerBI Reporting Design
? 5+ years of experience in PowerBI Data Visualization/Dashboard development
? 5+ years of experience with RDBMS and Snowflake
? Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data manipulation, analysis and reporting
? Proficiency in Scripting (Batch/Shell/Java Script).
? Competent to work on complex projects independently
? Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutions
? Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions.
Desired Skills
? Experience with or understanding of HEDIS Star measures
? Experience with or understanding of the Medicare and Retirement and/or Community and State lines of business
