The Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and performance across Service Delivery functions. This role partners with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, translate requirements into scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, and ensure all automation and AI capabilities comply with established AI Governance, security, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical professional with a strong passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and responsible technology adoption.

Location
This is a remote, work-from-home position. Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
The Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with Service Delivery stakeholders to identify automation, analytics, and AI use cases that drive measurable operational improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Apply AI-enabled capabilities responsibly while adhering to AI Governance standards.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL-based datasets.

Document solutions, support adoption, and provide ongoing optimization.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, information systems, or a related field.

Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.

Experience delivering stakeholder-facing automation or analytics solutions.

Familiarity with AI governance, data security, and responsible AI principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams integrations.

Exposure to Microsoft AI tools or Copilot capabilities.

Understanding of Service Delivery or operational performance metrics.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
