The Powder Coating Production Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining powder coating equipment, preparing surfaces for coating, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. **Key Responsibilities: **
- Operate powder coating equipment and machinery according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Prepare and clean surfaces for coating, ensuring proper adhesion and finish quality.
- Monitor the powder coating process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of coated products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and environmental regulations.
