Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Applies powder coating to parts for assembly;
  2. Conducts daily chemical checks;
  3. Performs preventative maintenance as required;
  4. Hang and unload painted parts from baskets/pallets and takes painted parts to assembly cells;
  5. Hang/remove parts on/from the conveyor line;
  6. Manually push full racks to assembly and return empty pallets to powder paint line;
  7. Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company;
  8. Maintenance of raw material inventory (coatings, supplies, etc.);
  9. Rotation of position within team structure as necessary;
  10. Assistance in repair work as necessary;
  11. Maintenance of good housekeeping practices at all times.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. 

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, time depends on production demands.
