About the Position

Honeycar Winchester Is Seeking a Detail-oriented and Experienced Automotive Posting Clerk / Title Clerk to Join Our Growing Team. This Role Is Critical to Ensuring the Accuracy, Compliance, and Efficiency of Dealership Accounting and Title Operations.

The Ideal Candidate Thrives in a Fast-paced Dealership Environment, Has Strong Automotive Office Experience, and Takes Pride in Maintaining Accurate Records and Organized Processes. If You Are Highly Organized, Dependable, and Experienced with Dealership Posting and Title Work, We Want to Hear from You.

What You’ll Do

● Accurately Post Vehicle Sales, Purchases, Trades, and Wholesale Transactions into Dealership Accounting Systems

● Process Automotive Titles, Registrations, Lien Releases, and Dmv Documentation Accurately and Efficiently

● Verify Deal Paperwork for Completeness, Accuracy, and Compliance Before Posting

● Maintain Organized Deal Jackets, Title Records, and Accounting Documentation

● Assist with Daily Reconciliation of Sales, Inventory, and Accounting Reports

● Work Closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management Teams to Resolve Posting or Title Discrepancies

● Ensure Compliance with Dealership Policies, Dmv Regulations, and State Requirements

● Assist with Office Operations and Administrative Support As Needed

● Maintain Confidentiality of Customer and Dealership Financial Information

Qualifications

● Previous Automotive Accounting or Posting Clerk Experience Required

● Title Clerk Experience Strongly Preferred

● Knowledge of Dmv/Title Processing Procedures and Compliance Regulations

● Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy

● Excellent Organizational and Time-management Skills

● Ability to Multitask and Work Efficiently in a Fast-paced Environment

● Strong Communication and Problem-solving Abilities

● Basic Computer and Dealership Software Proficiency Required

Compensation

$20 – $24 per Hour Based on Experience and Qualifications
