Project Healthy Minds is a mental health nonprofit that operates like a tech startup, aiming to create a digital marketplace for mental health services. The Product Engineer, User Journey will own the frontend experience and analytics implementation, shipping features that enhance user connections to mental health services while measuring their effectiveness.

• Own and evolve the frontend user experience across the PHM marketplace
• Implement and maintain analytics instrumentation using Segment and GTM
• Ship features end-to-end: from understanding the problem, to building the solution, to measuring impact
• Partner with Product and Design to translate user insights into technical solutions
• Use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) to accelerate development and iteration
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on user testing and passive analytics data
• Contribute to the "logged in" experience as we expand authenticated features
