As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of your cabin property. You’ll balance operational excellence with authentic hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves with a story worth sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all day‑to‑day operations of a busy, high‑demand cabin property
  • Drive financial performance through strategic planning, forecasting, and cost control
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that feel personal, seamless, and memorable
  • Build, coach, and inspire a team that embodies hospitality from the heart
  • Manage systems including OPERA and MARSHA to optimize reservations and performance
  • Foster a culture rooted in accountability, engagement, and fun
  • Act as the face of the property—connecting with guests, team members, and the local community
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, local partnerships, and growth opportunities
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in hospitality, lodging, or experiential travel
  • A strategic and hands‑on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Financially savvy with a strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, and revenue strategy
  • Experienced with OPERA, MARSHA and MGS systems
  • Ability to thrice in a dynamic, non‑traditional environment

  • Comfortable living and working in a remote, nature‑focused setting
