You'll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN
What to expect as a Post-Production Intern at Tombras:
Commitment to a 8.5 week, paid internship of $18 an hour starting on 9/23/26 and ending on 11/20/26 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
What you'll be doing:
  • Assisting editors with daily tasks
  • Includes media management, uploads, retags, resizes, and general editorial needs
  • May also include studio work: working as a production assistant on shoots, helping with cleanup and errands, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring:
  • Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor's program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
  • A passion for advertising and an eagerness to tell a story and a gift for making people see it
  • A good attitude, attention to detail, and a solutions-based mentality.
  • Technically, a knowledge of visual storytelling, editing basics, and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and Media Encoder
  • You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • You must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
