Position Summary:

As an Associate Post Processing Technician, you willoperate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.Youwill be responsible for finishing/assembly operations to ensure quality products are produced. Work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Check and inspect operation results against predetermined tolerances. Assist in driving best practices and creates open communication across all teams to foster a collaborative, high functioning culture.

EssentialFunctions:

  • Understands setup and final assembly instructions

  • Processes product through various processes to ensure the highest quality parts goes out the door

  • Follows the router protocol to ensure the product moves through channels efficiently

  • Follows standard applicationsin order toachieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics including repair and rework of parts

  • Works from drawings and work instructions to plan the finishing/assembly or re-work to be performed

  • Drives quality compliance by documenting results, and by using workmanship standards and 5S principles

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, theAdvaMedCode, MedTech Code, and all other company policies

  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

  • Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
