Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you'll bring your expertise directly to the customer:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair power generation and electrical systems
  • Service engines, generators, switchgear, and related equipment
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Perform maintenance, testing, and system adjustments
  • Install, repair, and support critical power systems at customer sites
  • Complete service documentation and inspection reports
  • Manage your service calls and work independently in the field
  • Respond to occasional after-hours or emergency service needs
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience with power generation, electrical systems, or engine systems
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
  • Experience troubleshooting generators, engines, or power equipment
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical schematics
  • Proven ability to work independently in the field
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Your own tools

(CAT experience, CDL, or technical degree are a plus)
