- Lead engineering projects from idea through installation and commercialization
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance
- Develop project justifications, cost estimates, and capital authorization requests
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders
- Select and manage equipment suppliers, contractors, and engineering consultants
- Provide construction oversight and start-up management
- Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, sanitation, GMP, and food safety standards
- Maintain engineering documentation including process flows, P&IDs, and standards
- Participate in audits, best-practice sharing, and capital planning activities
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams as needed
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and business judgment skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence others
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and creating a respectful work environment
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or science-related field preferred)

- Strong understanding of engineering disciplines, plant operations, and construction
