What are common challenges faced by entry level pasteurization operators, and how can they be addressed?

Entry-level pasteurization operators often face challenges such as maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols, managing time-sensitive processes, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues. These challenges can be effectively addressed through thorough on-the-job training, attention to detail, and open communication with supervisors and maintenance teams. Additionally, seeking guidance from more experienced colleagues can help build confidence and competence in the role.
