Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Check inventory availability and order status.
  • Review orders to make sure information, artwork, and files are complete.
  • Review order notes, special instructions, and customer requirements.
  • Identify missing information and follow up with the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor outofstock (OOS) orders and orders on hold.
  • Review older hold orders and assist with moving orders forward.
  • Work with Purchasing and other departments to get updates on inventory and order status.
  • Help identify possible alternatives when items are unavailable.
  • Communicate order updates and issues in a timely manner.
  • Help prevent delays by following up on open items.
  • Escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Update order tracking and reports as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Training will be provided; willingness to learn and develop new skills is required.
  • Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
