Duties and Responsibilities:- Check inventory availability and order status.
- Review orders to make sure information, artwork, and files are complete.
- Review order notes, special instructions, and customer requirements.
- Identify missing information and follow up with the appropriate teams.
- Monitor outofstock (OOS) orders and orders on hold.
- Review older hold orders and assist with moving orders forward.
- Work with Purchasing and other departments to get updates on inventory and order status.
- Help identify possible alternatives when items are unavailable.
- Communicate order updates and issues in a timely manner.
- Help prevent delays by following up on open items.
- Escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Update order tracking and reports as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:- Training will be provided; willingness to learn and develop new skills is required.
- Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
