We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bar & Lounge Manager to lead our vibrant bar and lounge operations. In this role, you will oversee daily service, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality.   • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar and lounge areas.
  • Develop staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and implement training programs focused on customer service excellence and food preparation skills.
  • Coordinate with kitchen management for food production, catering events, banquets, or special functions to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities through promotional initiatives.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality management best practices, and high-quality customer service.
