Expert Technical Solutions has an outstanding opportunity for a POS Account Executive with a fast-growing company in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering competitive salary, excellent benefits, and uncapped commissions!
The Mid-Market Growth Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth within our client’s Restaurant Technology Division. This role focuses on acquiring independent restaurants, bars, and hospitality operators generating approximately $1M-$5M in annual sales volume. This is a hunter-focused growth role centered on prospecting, discovery, pipeline development, demonstrations, and closing new business opportunities.
The role is not primarily responsible for customer retention and account management,
implementation, or support following contract execution.
Primary product focus includes SkyTab POS, Sail POS, and select Focus POS opportunities based on account complexity and fit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects via continuous prospecting and working with the Sales Development Executive to create new targets
• Follow current Sales Process as outlined and instructed
• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Create and deliver effective sales discoveries, presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals that generate recurring revenue
• Analyze workflows, POS infrastructure, and payment environments to build ROI discussions.
• Position modernization, reporting, operational improvement, and service/support value propositions aligned with Company directives.
• Position discussions to align with Cash Advantage options
• Target the following:
  • Independent restaurant, bar, and hospitality operators
  • $1M-$5M annual sales volume
  • 1-10 locations
  • Full-service, fast casual, and moderate-complexity hospitality environments.
Skills:
