Role Purpose

Project manage key initiatives for the Distribution Systems & Projects team. Includes driving the Model N 2.0 Automation program - automating and standardizing channel data management processes across claims, POS, inventory, and pricing.

Serve as the business lead for ModelN projects and key enhancements for other systems including SAP. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, establish test plans and lead testing. Deliverables are scalable solutions that measurably improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance.

Own key actions from quarterly business reviews with eCommerce distributors, adhoc analysis, and materials support important for achieving business priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own ModelN automation initiatives, delivering improvements across channel design registrations, data claims, POS, and inventory processes to speed turnaround time to distributors, reduce workload for internal teams and fully utilize ModelN functionality.

  • Partner cross-functionally with business and IT to define requirements and process documentation, prioritize projects based on impact and business need, write and execute test plans, and ensure on time and accurate delivery.

  • Establish, own, and report out on success metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of ModelN initiatives and other priority projects.

  • Work closely with eCommerce distribution partners to drive attainment of key actions from business reviews. Complete adhoc analysis and create materials supporting the business reviews and attainment of mutual goals.

  • Proven track record in project management

  • Ability to work across business and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills in complex environments

  • Effective communicator with ability to translate business needs into system-driven solutions

  • Experience creating dashboards and analyzing data sets preferred

  • Experience with Model N Channel Data Management (claims, POS, inventory) preferred

  • Knowledge of distribution operations, including Ship & Debit, claims processing, and inventory reconciliation preferred
