Hybrid Project Managers are skilled in balancing structured planning with iterative, collaborative processes to achieve project goals efficiently. They often work in environments where both predictability and adaptability are essential for success.

How does a hybrid project manager balance both agile and traditional project management methodologies within a single project?

A Hybrid Project Manager integrates agile and traditional (waterfall) project management approaches to best suit the project's needs.
