Salary: $250,000 + Bonus + Equity
Location: Orlando, FL (Relocation Consideration)

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a growing investment platform that is expanding its product offerings and building out new investment strategies. As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll have a dual focus—managing existing portfolios while also contributing to the development of new investment products.

The role offers a mix of hands-on portfolio management and strategic involvement in shaping new investment initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Support the development and launch of new investment strategies and products
• Manage portfolio construction, asset allocation, and rebalancing activities
• Oversee risk management, including liquidity, concentration, and performance tracking
• Prepare investment commentary, performance analysis, and attribution reporting
• Participate in investment committee discussions and strategic decision-making
• Partner with client-facing teams on investor communications and due diligence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Contribute to mentoring and development of junior team members

Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in asset management or a related field
• 5+ years of direct portfolio management experience
• CFA designation required
• Strong understanding of equity markets and portfolio construction
• Experience with ETFs, mutual funds, or similar investment vehicles
• Familiarity with portfolio analytics and financial data tools
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to leadership and clients

What the Environment Is Like
• Growing platform with focus on expanding investment offerings
• High visibility with leadership and investment committees
• Collaborative environment across investment, compliance, and client teams
• Opportunity to contribute to both portfolio management and product development

Why This Role May Be a Good Fit
This role is well-suited for a seasoned investment professional who wants to balance day-to-day portfolio management with the opportunity to help build and launch new investment strategies within a growing platform.
