Position contingent upon contract award As the AI/ML Model Engineer , you will develop machine learning models that optimize automation and generate data driven insights. The role involves testing model performance, refining algorithms, and monitoring AI driven systems in production. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Develop machine learning models to enhance automation and insights.
* Test model performance and refine algorithms.

* Lead major technical assignments and supervise teams. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
* Minimum 5 years of AI/ML expertise and experience developing algorithms capable of learning and predicting future events, turning those algorithms into AI models and systems. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * 2 years of prior experience in model validation or model audit
* 2 years of prior experience in the Department of Defense in a quantitative or analytical supervision role
* Familiarity with using cloud services (AWS, Google, Azure) or Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) in data science solutions
* Familiarity with emerging technologies and recommended use cases and requirements.
