Porsche Technician – Harris Porsche (Baton Rouge Area)

At Harris Porsche, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Porsche Technician to join our high-performing service team. If you take pride in craftsmanship and want to work on some of the most advanced vehicles in the world, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Porsche vehicles
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and factory procedures
  • Leverage new AI-driven diagnostic software to reduce diagnostic time and improve accuracy
  • Complete multi-point inspections with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with service advisors and foreman to deliver top-tier client experience
  • Maintain Porsche standards for quality and safety

What We’re Looking For

  • REQUIRED: Prior experience as an automotive technician
  • European or luxury brand experience strongly preferred
  • Porsche certification (preferred but not required—we can help you get there)
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Must be over 21 years of age to apply
