Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostic routines, complex mechanical repairs, and intricate electrical fault tracing across the complete Porsche lineup (heritage to modern high-voltage platforms).

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, upholding Porsche factory standards on every repair order.

  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for Silver, Bronze, and Apprentice technicians in the shop.

  • Collaborate directly with Service Advisors and Shop Management to ensure transparent customer communication and optimal shop flow.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Current Porsche Gold Level Certification (Active or recently active factory credential).

  • Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Porsche dealership or elite specialist shop experience.

  • High proficiency with Porsche PIWIS software, modern network architecture, and complex powertrain assembly.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Strong commitment to shop cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
