Position Overview

As a Porsche Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism, expertise, and integrity. This role requires a proven sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury automobiles. You will act as a Porsche brand ambassador, delivering a premium client experience while achieving individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, identifying their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate Porsche vehicles, highlighting features, performance, and value.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, trade-in evaluation, and financing options.
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
  • Build lasting client relationships through follow‑up communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up to date on Porsche product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of prior sales experience required (automotive sales strongly preferred; luxury sales a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
