In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and guide them through the purchasing process of our premium Porsche vehicles. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the Porsche brand’s reputation for luxury, performance, and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner to assess their automotive needs.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Porsche vehicles, tailoring information to customer preferences.
  • Guide customers through the sales process including financing and lease options.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of inventory, products, pricing, and company promotions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
