Who This Role Is For:

  • A Porsche specialist—from a dealership, motorsport, or a high-end performance shop.

  • Ideally someone who is interested in more than just turning wrenches. The position provides an opportunity for fast growth into leadership and for the right candidate even ownership-level responsibility and partnership in an established business.

  • Ability to work on both air-cooled and water-cooled Porsche models

  • Experience with major service intervals, engine work, transmission service, IMS, AC systems, etc.

  • Competency in inspection, documentation, and communication

  • Ability to lead, coach, and support junior technicians

  • Certifications are a plus—but real Porsche experience matters most

  • Willingness to get certified if not certified already

What We Offer

  • Clear path to equity stake in the business with a vesting schedule

  • Full Porsche diagnostic and tooling setup

  • Medical Insurance

  • Paid Time Off
