This role advances the digital front door and patient engagement strategy by enabling seamless, intuitive, and connected digital experiences that span patient access, communication, engagement, and longitudinal health management. In parallel, the Manager leads the evolution of population health applications to support proactive care management, quality performance, and value-based care outcomes. Through disciplined project delivery, workflow redesign, platform optimization, automation, and modernization, the Manager drives improvements in patient experience, care coordination, and population health outcomes.
