Concessionist & Box Office - Scottsdale

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones with professionalism, effectively addressing guest questions and concerns
  • Know and Communicate movie ticket and menu specials, and conduct ticket sales
  • Effectively sell RoadHouse cinemas merchandise
  • Prepare and serve concessions items including popcorn, candy, milkshakes, desserts, fountain drinks, coffee beverages and all other.
  • Perform drink expo
  • Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and concessions accurately to assigned tables
  • Pre-bus and keep up with overall cleanliness of theaters
  • Complete side-work as assigned

Experience and Education:

  • Basic math skills
  • Must obtain Title 4/eTips certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
  • No previous experience necessary
  • Barista experience a plus
