Job description

Sell Popcorn at D-backs Games. Hustle Required. No Ceiling on Pay.

You know those vendors working the stands at baseball games? The good ones make surprisingly great money. Commission-based pay, tips on top, and you're in and out in about three hours. Do the math on that hourly rate and tell me it doesn't get your attention.

We're Cactus Corn. We've been selling popcorn at Chase Field since 1998, the year the ballpark opened. We sell kettle corn, movie popcorn, and cinnamon roasted almonds during D-backs home games. We need people who can move product.

Let's be straight about the work.

This job is physical. You'll climb stadium stairs for three hours carrying product. You'll sweat. Your legs will feel it after the first few games. That's the job, and it's also exactly why there's no cap on what you earn. The vendors who treat every section like their own little business, bring energy, and get fans talking? They walk out with real money. The ones who stroll around quietly hoping someone flags them down? Their paychecks show it.

This gig takes hustle and heart. Effort in, money out. Simple.

The deal:

  • 100% commission. Your effort is your paycheck.
  • Weekly pay, and Tips
  • Shifts run about three hours.
  • Hiring immediately. Like, yesterday.

You're a fit if you:

  • Bring hustle and heart. Both, not one.
  • Can climb stairs and carry product for a full shift without wilting
  • Actually like baseball and want to be at the ballpark anyway
  • Can work most weekend D-backs home games (weekday games are great too, and we're flexible)
  • Live close to Chase Field or can get downtown without it being a whole thing
  • Have the kind of personality where strangers end up in conversations with you
  • Want to get paid for effort, not attendance

Who this is not for:

If you want to clock in, zone out, and collect a check, save us both the time. This job rewards people who show up ready to work and leave with more money than they expected.

To apply:

We're filling spots now for upcoming home games. Preference goes to people who can get downtown easily and commit to most of the remaining home schedule. Feel Free to Respond with Resume and why you think you'd be a great fit for the role!
