Job description

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Design and manage high-impact multi-channel weekly promotional assets and complex layouts under tight deadlines with total accuracy
  • Develop and execute cohesive visual identities for seasonal, brand, and in-store promotional events by designing high-impact posters and multi-channel assets across print, digital, and retail displays
  • Design and manage comprehensive in-store visuals—including wall graphics, wayfinding signage, banners, and POP—while overseeing VMD layouts and production coordination
  • Lead end-to-end private brand packaging projects, from concept development and custom illustrations to creating final print-ready artwork across diverse product lines
  • Transform marketing ideas into engaging visual assets like social media, digital and/or video design

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging, typography, editorial/layout design, and large-format graphics
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy (especially pricing and product information)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
