As we continue to scale globally, we are seeking a highly creative and culturally connected Brand Manager to support the development and execution of impactful brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, and storytelling initiatives.

Role Summary

The Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing SKIMS’ brand vision across campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and seasonal storytelling. This individual must have exceptional creative taste, a strong understanding of product and consumer behavior, and the ability to translate brand strategy into culturally relevant marketing moments.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail‑oriented, and creatively driven, with experience working closely with Creative, Social, PR, Talent, and Production teams. This person should feel confident on set, have a strong eye for casting and visual storytelling, and understand how to bring product to life through elevated brand execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of global brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Creative, Social, PR, Influencer, Retail, E‑Commerce, and Production teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Assist in the creative development process including campaign concepts, mood boards, talent research, casting direction, and shoot planning.
  • Assist in casting, agency outreach and admin, ensuring every casting decision reflects SKIMS' brand values and aesthetic while building and maintaining strong relationships with modeling agencies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the SKIMS customer, product assortment, and brand positioning to ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards.
  • Participate in campaign and content shoots, providing on‑set support and helping ensure creative alignment and execution excellence.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross‑functional communication across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Monitor industry trends, pop culture, fashion, beauty, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and relevance.
  • Assist with briefing internal teams and external partners on campaign objectives, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Support brand partnerships, experiential moments, events, and special projects as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, creative marketing, or brand strategy within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong creative eye and demonstrated taste level across casting, styling, imagery, and cultural storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of fashion and product marketing with the ability to identify and communicate key product stories.
  • Experience supporting or working on photo shoots, campaign productions, or content creation.
  • Comfortable working on set in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Keynote, and presentation tools.
  • Passion for fashion, culture, innovation, and the SKIMS brand.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with celebrity, influencer, or entertainment‑driven campaigns.
  • Background in fashion, beauty, or consumer brands with strong visual storytelling standards.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows and campaign development processes.
  • Existing relationships within creative, casting, or production networks are a plus.
