Job description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pool Installers for projects located in the Wilkes Barre, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Pool Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:        

  • Install in-ground swimming pools (vinyl, fiberglass, or concrete)
  • Set and strip forms for pool decks, footings, and structural components
  • Perform concrete flatwork and finishing (broom, smooth, decorative finishes)
  • Assist with masonry work including block, coping, and related structures
  • Install pool plumbing systems (PVC lines, fittings, equipment hook-ups)
  • Ensure proper grading, leveling, and layout
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
  • Follow project plans, measurements, and safety standards

  • Proven experience in pool installation required
  • Strong concrete finishing and flatwork skills
  • Experience setting forms and basic masonry work
  • Knowledge of pool plumbing systems and equipment
  • Ability to read a tape measure and work from layout plans
  • Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
