Mason Frank International, part of Tenth Revolution Group, is looking for an experienced, high-performing recruitment leader to join our permanent division as Vice President. This is a senior opportunity for a proven billing manager who can lead from the front, grow revenue, develop people, and help expand a specialist Salesforce desk in one of the most active technology recruitment markets.

You will combine hands-on recruitment with strategic leadership, taking ownership of personal billing, client growth, team performance, and desk development. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, highly credible with clients, and motivated by the opportunity to build and scale within a well-established global recruitment brand.


What you’ll be doing


Leading and growing an MFI desk

  • Operate as a player-coach, actively billing while leading a high-performing permanent.
  • Drive consistent personal revenue through contract placements and set the standard for delivery, pace, and quality.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including client acquisition, candidate delivery, negotiation, and deal execution.

Business development and client strategy

  • Lead new business development activity and open doors with high-value clients.
  • Identify opportunities to support clients within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate across the wider group to identify cross-sell and partnership opportunities for clients.

Team leadership and development

  • Coach, mentor, and develop consultants at all levels, leading through activity, process, and personal performance.
  • Create a high-performance culture built on accountability, coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members as the desk scales.

Building the Salesforce market

  • Lead the expansion of a specialist Salesforce and Mason Frank International brand.
  • Define the go-to-market strategy, hiring plan, and growth roadmap for the desk.
  • Establish the team as a recognised market leader within a defined vertical or technology niche.
  • Act as a senior leader, contributing to wider brand, regional, and organisational strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other specialist brands and divisions across the wider group.

  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing recruitment consultants in a high-performance sales environment.
