Position(s):
Pool Scouts of Southern MD and Annapolis is recruiting for Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician(s).

Technician(s) Duties:

  •  The Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various pool equipment and components. This role requires a strong understanding of pool systems and a mechanical aptitude. The specialist will troubleshoot and repair pool pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems, repair leaks in pool plumbing systems, install and maintain pool pipes and fittings, diagnose and resolve pool-related problems, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool repair and maintenance, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, knowledge of pool equipment and systems, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent customer service skills. Additional preferred qualifications include certification in pool repair or maintenance, experience with electrical and plumbing systems, and the ability to operate and maintain pool equipment. 

  • Prior work experience is required. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50lbs. Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday – Friday 7:30AM until 5:00PM, depending on weather conditions. Work on Saturdays may be required. Workers are needed to begin work on 3/01/2026 through 11/15/2026.

Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the Waldorf, Bowie, St. Mary's County, Charles County, Southern Prince George's County, Calvert County, Crofton, Arnold and Annapolis within the state of Maryland. Travel is required everyday
Availability of On-the-Job Training: The employer will provide on-the-job training in the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
