Essential Job Functions:

  • Open and close the pool facility in accordance with the predetermined schedule and start up/shut down procedures.
  • Assist in the overall operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, deck area, rest rooms and adjacent areas.
  • Monitor residents entering and exiting the pool area. Ensures the state capacity is not exceeded.
  • Ensure all posted pool rules are being adhered to. Respond to emergency situations appropriately. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • Valid drivers license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
