Pool Staff
Join the ESRC Team as a part time pool staff/swim instructor! With the only warm-water therapeutic pool in the community, Easterseals Rehabilitation Center offers swim lessons and aquatic exercise and fitness classes to clients of all ability levels. The pool staff position will support clients with lessons and exercise classes.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Teach swim lessons to children and adults ages 3 and up
  • Conduct aquatic exercise classes
  • Supervise pool programs
  • Organize pool equipment
  • Clean pool and pool area
  • Assist with maintaining appropriate pool chemical levels
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
  • Prior swim lesson, lifeguarding and/or aquatic background experience required
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
  • CPR/1st Aid Certification (Training will be provided if not certified)
  • Must pass pre-employment background checks, physical, TB and drug screen
  • Lifeguard certification preferred
