Now Hiring: Landscape & Irrigation Technicians
Location: Lebanon, Indiana
Pay Range: $30per hour 
Full-Time | Year-Round Employment

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Irrigation Technicians to lead installation crews on commercial and high-end residential landscape and irrigation projects. This role is responsible for managing field operations, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in the field, takes ownership of projects, and sets the standard for professionalism and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise landscape and irrigation installation crews
  • Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and irrigation layouts
  • Coordinate daily job site activities and manage production schedules
  • Install irrigation systems including mainlines, laterals, valves, controllers, and troubleshooting
  • Oversee planting, grading, hardscape elements, and site finishing
  • Operate equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, trenchers, etc.)
  • Ensure quality control and job cost awareness
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers and clients
  • Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of landscape and/or irrigation installation experience
  • 1+ year in a leadership or foreman role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Experience on commercial or large-scale residential projects
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
