Job description

Role: Car wash attendant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 7+ months (extendable)
Interview: In Person Only
Work schedule is 8-4:30 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Work week is 37.5 hours
Interviews are held onsite
Job Description:
  • Hand-wash the exterior of all Field Support Services (FSS) pool cars on an as needed basis, or at least twice a month
  • Clean the interior of all FSS pool cars at least once a month
  • On a quarterly basis, hand-wax all FSS pool cars
  • Assist FSS Installation in the preparation of FSS new/re-issue commissions for issuance
  • On an as-needed basis, hand-wash the dirt and grime collected on new/re-issued cars that have been sitting on the lot for an extended time. This process is necessary in an attempt to protect the State Police's investment
Required/Desired Skills:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum age of 18 to apply
  • Valid Indiana driver's license.
