Are you an experienced grading contractor, dirt worker, or above-ground pool installer looking for a consistent, high-volume stream of work?

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations across the state. We provide a steady flow of installs, so you are not wasting time chasing jobs, bidding jobs, or competing for work. Our job is to keep your schedule full... your job is to complete quality installations and get paid!

Minimum Requirements:

This is a contractor position. To be considered, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. (Note: This position is not for general laborers or unskilled workers).
  • Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper.
  • Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. (Note: Equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide it; we do not provide tools or equipment).
  • License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one). We can refer you to partners with affordable monthly payment plans if needed.
  • Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month.
  • Training & Onboarding: Regardless of prior experience, all qualified installers will complete a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer. This training will teach you our specific build process, ensure you are set up for maximum efficiency, and verify your precision grading skills.

Pay & Bonuses:

  • Average Earnings: $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install (average install time is 6-8 hours based on our popular 24' round pool). Some of our installers make up to $30,000 per month!

  • Daily Pay: Get paid immediately after every completed installation.
