Green Shield Deck Builders is looking for experienced, high-performing individuals ready to take the next step in their careers. This is a W-2 employee position (not 1099) with steady, year-round work—no winter layoffs.

As a Crew Leader, you’ll play a key role in overseeing job-site execution, supporting crew performance, and ensuring high-quality builds.

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Reliable personal vehicle (required)
  • Willingness and ability to travel to residential build sites daily (required) 150 mile radius
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor
  • At least 1 year of leadership or management experience
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the day
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
