This job offers 4-5 days per week at 40-50 hours per week. No experience required, but non-experienced candidates must be able to learn and fully train with confidence within two weeks.
Description:
The Pool Cleaner and Service Technician for Sweetwater Pools is the front-man and face of the company. He or she is responsible for carrying out the regular maintenance duties that Sweetwater has been hired to do by our customers. Delivering consistent and high quality service to each of our customers is of the upmost concern for this position. Driving a company vehicle to each of our residential clients, the Pool Cleaner and Service Technician will be working directly with homeowners and assisting them with their backyard swimming pool needs. This role is key to leaving a lasting impression with each customer, and is also key in maintaining client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service. This position is both physically demanding and mentally challenging. Work is outdoors, and is still done in the rain, heat, and cold. *Position is seasonal and becomes eligible for fulltime after 6 months.
Position Details:
  • Pay range is hourly at $16 - $12 per hour ($750 - $900 weekly w/ overtime)
  • Weekends off (unless you request additional hours)
  • Overtime available
  • Clock in time is 7am. Most days are finished by 5pm.
  • Monday through Friday availability required
  • Company promotes from within

  • $600 monthly bonus opportunities
  • Advancement opportunities every 6-12 months

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Basic pump and filter maintenance
  • Vacuuming/Skimming/Brushing pools
  • Maintaining chemical levels
  • Maintaining salt systems/chlorine generators
  • Interacting with customers on a daily basis in a professional manner

Physical Demands:
Lift up to 100lbs, sit, kneel, stand for long periods, jump, squat, crawl, reach, and drive company a vehicle for extended periods.

  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • A valid GA driver's license with a clear driving record.
