In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, chemically balanced, and functioning optimally. Your expertise will help create enjoyable aquatic experiences for our clients while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and emptying baskets to ensure pristine water quality.
  • Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks such as checking and adjusting chemical levels to maintain proper water balance.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment, including filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators; perform installation and repairs on equipment.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely to repair or replace faulty equipment and ensure optimal operation of pool systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical treatments, repairs, and inspections for each pool serviced.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or chemical mishandling during maintenance activities.
  • Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures to prepare pools for peak usage periods or winterization.

Experience

  • Prior experience in pool maintenance or service technician roles is highly preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment repair and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and water chemistry management is required.
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures enhances performance in this role.
  • Service technician experience involving equipment repair or system diagnostics is a strong plus.
