Pool Service Technician – Full-Time (Mon–Fri) – Competitive Pay + Allowances

Service Area: Claremont → Duarte → La Puente → Diamond Bar

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + mileage allowance + cell phone allowance
Pay Incentive: Higher hourly rate for applicants who hold or are willing to obtain their LA County Health Department Public Health License

We’re Hiring a Full-Time Pool Service Technician

Trinity Pool & Spa Care is looking for a reliable, detail‐oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, year‐round field position servicing residential and commercial pools across the Foothill corridor. We provide structured routes, steady work, and a professional environment where technicians can take pride in consistent, high‐quality service.

What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)

  • Service and clean up to 40 pools per week (Mon–Fri)
  • Brush tile, walls, steps, and benches
  • Skim debris and vacuum as needed
  • Test, balance, and adjust water chemistry
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Inspect equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, sweep systems)
  • Perform chlorine and chemical deliveries during downtime
  • Provide route coverage when other technicians call out sick
  • Log all service details in the company’s mobile app
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Wear company‐provided uniforms to maintain a clean, professional appearance
