Job description

This is an entry-level position designed for long-term employment and structured growth within the company. We are seeking a candidate interested in building a career and advancing with Blueray Aquatics. This is a full-time field position based out of Fountain Valley. Technicians work five consecutive days each week with two scheduled days off. Daily responsibilities include following established service routes, driving between service stops, performing pool cleaning procedures, balancing water chemistry, inspecting pool conditions, and documenting completed work. Work is performed outdoors and involves physical activity throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine swimming pool cleaning and maintenance
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Skim surfaces, brush walls, and vacuum pools
• Empty skimmer and pump baskets
• Identify and report equipment or safety issues
• Maintain accurate service records
• Follow company service procedures and safety standards

Qualifications

• Prior pool service experience preferred, not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and manage a route
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
