Their responsibilities often include water quality testing, equipment maintenance, caring for aquatic life, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Aqua Techs may work in research, commercial, or recreational settings and often use specialized tools and techniques to keep aquatic systems healthy and functioning properly.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Aqua Tech, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Aqua Tech, you need a solid understanding of water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment maintenance, often supported by a relevant technical diploma or certifications like Certified Pool Operator (CPO). Familiarity with water testing kits, automated control systems, and various pool or aquatic facility management tools is typically required. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills set standout professionals apart in this field. These competencies are crucial for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation of aquatic facilities.

Job description

About Us

Aqua Voice is building the voice input layer for the age of AI. We train our own models and build deep OS integrations because doing voice well requires controlling the entire stack.

The way people work is changing. IC work is over; you manage AI agents now. This type of work is wonderfully suited for voice.

We aren't building conversational agents. We believe the most natural way to interact with your computer is voice in text out (VITO). We believe that voice belongs at a level above the application, and that a small company can win by pushing the envelope.

We are applying relentless energy to this opportunity and the results so far have been good. We hope you will join us.

The Role

We're seeing enterprise interestโ€”individual users who want to bring Aqua to their teams. You'll run those deals.

  • Full-cycle ownership: First conversation to signed contract. No handoffs.
  • Land and expand: Start with champions, grow to teams, expand org-wide.
  • Navigate enterprise process: Security reviews, procurement, legal. You've done this before.
  • Shape the motion: We're early. You'll define how enterprise sales works here.
  • Work with product: Enterprise requirements inform roadmap. Your input matters.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years full-cycle B2B SaaS sales
  • Track record closing enterprise deals ($50K+ ACV)
  • Comfortable with technical buyers (engineering, IT, security)
  • Experience with PLG or bottoms-up sales motions
  • Early-stage experience preferredโ€”you've built pipeline without a playbook
